Hello! I am a one-woman operation, so please be patient with any and all requests.

All sets are made to order. Because each set is custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted. Please triple-check your nail sizes before ordering, as I cannot offer refunds or remakes for inaccurate sizing. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at nailvicepressons@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your package and I will work with you to make it right. Please note: no refunds will be given for lost or stolen packages.

Processing time: 5–7 business days. Every order is handmade with love in Los Angeles — please allow time for your order to be created and processed!
